The theme behind our recent change is “Our Girls have that little bit extra!” – but what’s that little bit extra?
Through a unique, value based non-formal educational approach, we create empowering learning experiences for our members. Our fun filled programme is targeted solely at girls and consists of a vast range of activities , lots of skills to be developed and plenty of badges to be earned. Through all this, our members broaden their horizons, challenge themselves and work towards being the best version of themselves.
Our girls learn to be more confident and assertive; learn to be passionate about things ; learn to make informed choices; learn to love the outdoors; learn by doing; learn life skills and people’s skills; learn to discover their potential ; become acquainted with different perspectives of how to look at things; become aware of issues effecting the world ; become more responsible; make new friends and find a second family.
All this results in more empowered and committed young women ready to make a change in this world, ready to make this world a better place……. and this is what that little bit extra is all about !
